Made Thought commissioned me to shoot portraits of various staff members who work for the international diamond manufacturing brand, Rosy Blue.
As seen: A lovely surprise to find the recent Uniqlo and Cabbages & Roses campaign I created with the Rosie Lee team had been printed in Sunday’s Observer magazine.
As part of a large commission at the start of this year, I visited India for the first time.
Once the job was complete, I had a couple of days to explore Mumbai, where we had been based.
I shot this new series in the world’s largest open air laundromat, known locally as Dhobi Ghat.
I had recently bought myself a lovely old Canon 35mm SLR, the same camera I was given when I was 16 years old. This was the first time I had shot with it, rekindling my love of 35mm film.
Uniqlo have just launched their new collection for the spring / summer season. Collaborating with English brand, Cabbages and Roses.
This was such a fun joining of forces between myself, Rosie Lee and set designer, Sarah Parker.

To coincide with the 40th anniversary of the Windrunner Jacket and the classic Cortez trainer, Nike launched the ‘Not For Tourists ‘campaign.
Commissioned by HarrimanSteel, I shot young runners wearing the trademark apparel in locations specific to their culture.
In early December I teamed up with the guys at Rosie Lee to shoot a new campaign for Uniqlo.
Marking a collaboration with Danish brand, GreenGate, we produced a series of playful images to introduce the new range.
The only way to avoid self-reflections in an iPhone whilst shooting for my good friends Blac Ionica… A poor man’s black velvet - bin-liner over the head!
